Sleeps 6 people and 2 extra people with camp beds This luxury and brand new 3 bedroom villa is perfectly located in the popular resort of Protaras, a mere 5 minute walk to the main strip where all the beaches, including the renowned Fig Tree Bay and vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Protaras offers. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new, state of the art furniture and fittings for a comfortable stay. As you enter the villa, you will find the modern, open-plan ground floor surrounded by bi-fold patio doors giving access to the garden and pool area, that oozes sheer class and luxury and immediately gives you the ‘home from home' feel. The living room is complete with a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen smart TV, the dining area has table and seating for 6 persons, and the stylish fully-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 people. There is a bathroom with shower and WC on this floor. On the first floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, and a double bed, bedroom two also has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds.
