The St. Elias hillside area offers a quiet location with stunning seaviews over the Protaras area. The resort centres of Protaras and Pernera and their fantastic beaches are only a 2 minute drive from the villa.  
  
Outside in the garden, the spacious covered and uncovered areas provide plenty of room for outside dining, sunbathing and relaxation as well as a barbecue, sun-loungers and large private pool.  
  
This brand new and beautiful 6 bedroom villa offers extreme luxury, space and privacy. This villa is very modern and lavish and you are ensured a peaceful and relaxing break. The ideal villa for large family groups. As you enter the villa, you will find the kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfortable self-catering stay as well as an island with extra seating for 4 persons. The dining area seats 8 persons. Next to the kitchen, you will find the main living room area which offers ample seating with comfortable sofas, TV area and large patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. There is a wide screen television, an upgraded Satellite TV with Video on Demand and complimentary wireless Internet (Up to 20 Mbps). One of the six bedrooms can be found on this floor which has two double single beds and you will also find a bathroom with a shower and WC Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, wide screen television, double bed and the added luxury of a large walk-in wardrobe. There are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a large shared balcony leading from the bedrooms where you can enjoy the stunning Protaras sea views. The main family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and WC can also be found on this floor. Furnished to a very high standard both inside and outside with modern furniture, this villa is the ultimate choice for those looking for their relaxing and comfortable dream holiday.  
  
The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus in recent years. The resort has a lot to offer to visitors of all ages and is mainly geared towards families and those wanting to enjoy a sun-filled beach holiday. Along with a number of quality hotels, the resort boasts numerous luxury rental villas and apartments, which are located throughout the resort area within easy reach of all the resort has to offer.
