The nearest sandy beach is six to eight minutes walk away The sheer quality of fixtures and fittings make this villa stand out from the rest. The only thing in front of this villa is the natural beautiful coast line and the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea. This villa has everything to make your vacation complete. Modern, quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay. The open plan living area has sofas, flat screen TV with Sky satellite . Large patio doors leads to the terrace in front of private swimming pool. Kitchen has all modern facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. The Dining area comfortably accommodates 6 people. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and one in the ground floor. All bedrooms are with double beds. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and shower bathroom on the ground floor. Outside there are private swimming pool, table and chairs for 8, BBQ as well as sun-beds and six seated sofa garden. With fabulous open plan living spaces, clean lines and bright and sunny rooms this property ticks all the right boxes. It was clean, functional and located near enough to walk to the small beaches. There was enough space for the 6 of us to have our own space and the living area was a great size to have us all comfortably sitting together as a family. The 3 bathrooms was ideal with 4 women in the house. The lighting could have been a little better in the living areas but it was OK. The water in front of the villa was lovely but the walk to it was awkward with the rocks being sharp right to the edge of the water so you wouldn't swim there. Ours was the end villa which was great but it was the only villa to have overgrown lawn at the front leading towards the water. ##### Tracey O.
