The villa is brand new (year 2022) and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.



This 3-bedroom villa with its own private pool, has good outdoor space (including BBQ) with sun-loungers and outdoor furniture for total relaxation.



Inside this holiday home is bright and airy, fully air-conditioned, with an open plan living dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast island and with everything you will need for your holiday break.



The living area hosts a corner sofa with a widescreen TV with lot of satellite channels and free WI-FI connection and the private swimming pool is accessible via the patio doors. A guest WC is also found on this level.



Leading upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. A master en-suite double bedroom, a twin bedroom and another with one single bed and a double sofa bed. All 3 bedrooms have wardrobes and black-out curtains and also there is a direct access to a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. All bedrooms share the family bathroom.

Age requirements: Young groups under the age of 25 are not accepted.



Parking Vehicle Information



To help keep the complex safe and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to keep the following in mind:



Quad bikes and buggies aren’t permitted inside the complex. Please also remember to drive slowly (maximum 10 km/h) and give priority to pedestrians.



Each villa has its own private parking/driveway, which you’re welcome to use. If you’re arriving with extra vehicles, we kindly ask that they be parked outside the complex.



Larger vehicles such as boats, quads, caravans, and trailers should also be parked outside the complex.



To keep the common areas peaceful and tidy, vehicle repairs aren’t allowed inside the complex unless it’s an emergency.
