It was clean and spacious, and the property, pool and grounds were well maintained. The house itself shows some wear/age but nothing that affected us, just cosmetic details. All of our requests to the host were promptly and kindly responded to, including boat tour and car rental recommendations. Great value for money. Although the walk to Cabbage Beach felt like a bit of a hike in the heat and with kid's stuff, it was accurately described as taking about 12 minutes. It would be hard to find a better location for the price. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and felt very safe. Being able to watch the sun rise from the docks was a nice bonus! ##### Lara v.
