### Phaedrus Living: Seaside Luxury Flat Lighthouse 74

Just a few meters from the sea, Phaedrus Living Luxury Flat Lighthouse 74 provides luxury accommodation with a sea-view balcony in Kato Paphos. The 1-bed flat has been recently renovated at a very high spec. Tombs of the Kings is 3 km away, Kings Avenue Mall is 1 km and the Water Park is just 1 km away. Kato Paphos is a great choice for travelers interested in ancient landmarks, history and harbours. This is our guests\` favourite part of Paphos. Enjoy your stay with Phaedrus Living.

Right by the sea in the heart of Kato Paphos less than 30 meters from the sea.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival.  
No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion.  
Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property  
Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft.   
No smoking inside the property.  
No pets allowed.  
No loud music or parties allowed.  
In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest  
Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario.  
Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests.  
At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.  
Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability.  
Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation.  
If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
