Excellent stay. This place has got everything a family needs and location is great. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the harbour which is a lively place to eat, drink, swim and shop. There’s plenty of archeological sites to see within walking distance too, but if you’re going to either the water park or tombs of kings I’d recommend booking a taxi, as we walked and found both a bit too much in the heat. The house itself has everything you need, access was easy, kitchen well stocked, beds are reasonably comfy and spacious bedrooms both with air con, also an air con unit in the lounge but that didn’t work as well as the bedroom units, which was fine for us as we’re a family of 4 so didn’t sleep on the lounge bed. If you use the downstairs toilet DO NOT lock the door. My daughter did and got locked in as, unless there’s a knack to it, it only unlocks from the outside. The pool here is great, never got really busy or noisy either, and can be used 8-8pm which was great for me to get a few lengths in. There’s a super restaurant up the road only about 5 minutes walk, Pambis. Friendly staff, good food and good prices. There’s also a couple of supermarkets and a take away (street food style) en route that has most things you’d need. All in all a lovely holiday and I’d definitely recommend this property.
