« Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and bed was very comfortable. A little tall but still comfortable. The room temperature took a little adjustment as it was humid initially but I figured it out. I didn't like that towels were not replaced when I left my used ones on the floor. I guess replaced towels has to be directly asked or stated to the front desk or house keeping. But overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again should I ever find myself in Lubbock for an overnight or longer...

« Not acceptable that the safety fee on credit card at arrival is 100$ per room !!! They dislike expedia and charge you on site with 3-7 days for refund. You become on hostage of the situation on site. Just write the security fee on the add and I will pick another one, people should know that it is a rip off ! and if you order through their app ( noit working by the way) no deposit required, just because Expedia is not liked . Highly frustrating ! »
