"Overall, it was an amazing experience and property. You are steps away from the beach and also from the retail area. I would say that the check-in instructions are a little confusing and a little more detail would be helpful. Also, if someone is staying at the main house and parking in front of the garage, if the vehicle is larger, it can block access to the carriage house garage. Overall an amazing space and place to stay."

"Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved."

"Was nice having the beach right across the street. Just pick up your beach chair and go. The apartment was very clean and the linens on the bed, fresh and crisp. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our fresh seafood. The pool was an added bonus. Was nice to take a dip in after our morning walks."

"My husband and I used to come to the island every year. He died 5 years ago and this was my first trip back and my sister came with me (this was her first trip there). It was good to come back to the island and see that not too much has changed. I love the peace and the people there and will be back. As for the condo, the location is great!!! "We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."

"Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch.
