It is located one block from historic Main Street, very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping. We are a great central location to visit the National Parks; 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon, and 50 minutes to Zion. We provide everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, hotel quality sheets, and memory foam mattresses. Come escape to our Cozy Cottage! Layout includes 1 Full Bed, 1 Twin Trundle Bed (in bedroom), 1 Full Sofa Sleeper, and a toddler cot if needed. This newly remodeled space is complete with WIF| and a Smart TV with streaming included (no log in necessary!) TV and games for the kids are in the home as well. Soft memory foam beds and high quality hotel bedding! Complete with shower essentials, hair dryer, and toiletries. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs. This also includes a BBQ outside for grilling in the summer! In 1924, one of the reels of film got stuck in the projector and caught fire, igniting a full reel in the lower magazine. Only the outer shell of the theater survived the fire. The Kinema was rebuilt "as near fireproof as possible" and reopened in 1924. The Kinema Theatre was renamed the Hub Theatre in 1928. In 1933, the theatre was renovated and renamed it the Gem Theatre. After the advent of television, the theater could not attract large enough crowds to pay film rental fees. The Gem Theatre closed about 1986. The title of the last movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, remained on the marquee for ten years as the theater sat idle. Sometime after this the theater was again damaged by fire. Close drives to Bryce and Red Canyon, and close enough for day trips to Escalante and Zion. It’s also within walking distance to some good restaurants and a grocery store.
