沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！ 貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？ 這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。 於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！ 一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！ 另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣， 每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！ 沒服務熱忱建議韓資集團把飯店收了，不要在當地服務造成旅客的旅遊素質下降！

They told us we would have use of all the pools We where not allowed to use any pool and after complaining they offered us to use one pool at $75us per person for one afternoon

여기는 다시 가고 싶어요.. 헤난이 위치가 좋고 알로나가 더 좋지만 가격이 타왈라가 더 싸서 좋았어요.. 건물도 좋았고 이곳저곳 다니기 편했고 저층은 모기 있어요. 수건에 살짝 쉰내나지만 다시 가고 싶어요

Really nice resort where we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are really nice, breakfast was really good, catering for both western and eastern travellers taste, the pool was nice. We were there for new year's eve so the hotel was packed and it was a bit busy (check in took a very long time), but they had organised a very nice buffet dinner on the beach for all the guests which was great. The beach is a 5min walk to the hotel going through the parking of the other hotel. Overall a had great stay.

룸컨디션 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 친절하고 좋았어요 샤워실 물 색깔 빼고요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 3박기준으로 필터 꼭 2개이상은 챙겨야해요! 저는 설마하고 하나만 챙겼다가 이틀째 필터 수명이 다 했었나 봐요..셋째날 아침 사용 하려고 물을 틀었더니 필터에 고여있던 황금색 물이 먼저 나와서 진짜 진짜 놀랬어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 필터 그냥 하루에 하나씩 바꿔 쓰세요!!
