A FUIR ! Cet hôtel ne mérite pas même pas une étoile, voici une liste non exhaustive de mon expérience à l’hôtel: - check in fermé avant une certaine heure, impossible donc de récupérer sa chambre en temps et en heure, même en multipliant les interlocuteurs; plus de 2h de queue à l’heure dite d’ouverture pour récupérer sa chambre; - queue de plus d’1h au check out et obligation de rester dans l’hôtel le temps que votre chambre soit vérifiée (au cas où vous auriez volé ou dégradé un bien, très agréable) - plusieurs centaines de bagages de clients entreposées sans surveillance dans le lobby - impossible d’avoir une serviette de plage sans numéro de chambre (sans check-in, cela complique les choses…) - uniquement de la nourriture surgelée servie dans les restaurants et en room service - SPA bondé, n’ouvrant pas avant 13h (même en chambre) proposant des massages en cabine partagée avec d’autres clients, voire au bord de la piscine au milieu des enfants (détente bienvenue…), même les cabines privées sont bruyantes; - musique techno à fond sur toute la plage et les piscines dès 10h du matin et ce toute la journée, impossible de bénéficier de calme; - plage collée aux attrape-touristes, qui vous harcèlent toute la journée; - eau gratuite inexistante, même le verre d’eau est payant; - hotel rempli de cars de touristes bruyants et sans gêne; etc. Bref, je déconseille cet hôtel à toute personne qui s’attend à un minimum de confort et à un hôtel 5*

Le personnel très ingrat et pas compétent problème de chambre à l’arrivée on me dit ma chambre n’est pas disponible et on me donne une autre chambre que je n’ai pas demander bref pas souriant du tout et problème avec le personnel de la piscine on me donne pas ma carte car faut que je ramasse ma serviette et je leur ramène a quoi sert le personnel? Hôtel à éviter

숙소는 괜찮았지만 뭔가 좀 부족한 느낌, 프리미어 룸으로 3박을 했지만 돌고돌고 맨 복도 끝방으로 배정되었고, 복도는 창문이 없어 바로 길가 옆에서 공사하는 차량, 소음이 있었으며 (호텔과 외부도로 사이의 공간없이 바로 외부였음.) 발코니뷰는 옆건물 헤난프리미어코스트 객실복도 뷰 (창문을 열면 복도 지나다니는 사람과 마주침), 킹베드 요청했는데 트윈베드로 되어있고, 뭐 이건 호텔재량이라지만. 디럭스룸보다 더 비용을 지불했지만 욕조 있고 없고 차이라서 욕조 사용을 안했기에 굳이 프리미어 룸으로 할 이유 없어보입니다. 그러나 수영장에서 재밌게 놀았고 해피아워때 칵테일 저렴하게 마시기 좋았습니다. 룸컨디션만 놓고 봤었을땐 휴양지에 온게 맞나 싶을정도로 창문도 못열고 발코니에도 나가지 못할정도로 구석이었기에 나중에 또 갈일있으면 가격 메리트가 있는 헤난타왈라에어 묵는게 좀 더 가성비 좋을듯 싶어요.

Potentially a very nice resort, however lots of strict rules due to major Korean people occupancy (example: sunbeds cannot be moved out of shades if they're not falling within a straight line with the others) and some major misunderstanding/unclearness on extras payments mechanism. There is no clear way to debit everything to check out and sometimes you feel being chased after for payments. Amenities are good and new all over, but the beach itself was seaweeds infested and pretty dirty. We didn't enjoy much diving in the sea to be honest and it was a shame, Alona Beach was recommended to us for being the best beach in the island multiple times. All considered, there's definitely much improvement in the offer quality/rate ratio in our opinion,as the nightly rate is definitely not cheap for the island (probably the most expensive)

The Henann villas in Alona are our home for a few days when we visit family in Bohol. My little one and I can enjoy the small pool 24/7, which perfectly accommodates our wake times from jet lag. The staff has been friendly (improved over the years), and the response time to phone calls and issues have been quicker. The only thing I would suggest and wish is for the return of the breakfast buffet for their Villa guests at Christina’s café (instead of at the current general buffet places at the Coral and Sea Breeze locations). Also, they should accomodate more for minors who are staying at the Villa when it comes to using (and enjoying) the Lounge. Maybe use the outdoor part of the Lounge for those adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages, and allow kids to use the indoor/air conditioned space? The current situation I find to be too discriminating for kids and for the guest families who are staying at the Villa. I strongly suggest a more FAMILY-friendly setup. Thanks!

Henann is one of my most favorite resorts! Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! They have 4 restaurants, pool bars and room service was awesome! The pools were amazing, 4 large ones. My most favorite is the beachfront infinity pool. They’re closed late so you can enjoy after tours to unwind. This place is great for the whole family.

The property was beautiful and well kept to the smallest detail. The resort staff in every area were extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. This is the best resort we ever stayed at. It was was a privilege being a guest and we will definately be back hopefully in the same Villa.

직원들이 친절해서 지내기는 매우 좋았습니다. 체크인 할때도 요구사항을 잘 들어주시고 하우스키핑 서비스도 생각보다 빨랐습니다. 조식은 그냥 먹을만한 정도입니다. 해변가쪽 칵테일바에서 해피아워 시간에 이용했는데 서버가 맘대로 팁을 100페소 제외하고 잔돈을 주어서 그게 좀 어이가 없었지만 수영장도 넓고 도보로 주변 음식점이나 카페를 이용하기 편했습니다. 전체적으로 훌륭했지만 수건에서 너무 냄새가 나고 어메니티가 너무 별루라… 그 점이 매우 아쉬워 별 하나를 뺐어요… 또 체크아웃을 하고 디파짓을 바로 환불을 안 한건지… 환불처리가 아직 안 되고 있네요 ㅠㅠ

Great place probably the best location in Panglao. It’s right in the beach. We had a premier room & it was huge. We ordered room service for dinner a couple of times as it was so cheap. Breakfast is excellent caters for everyone. Will definitely be back. Loved it.

직원들은 항상 웃으면서 응대하였고 타올 교체도 룸 클린하는 때는 물론이고 별도로 타올도 수시로 교체의사를 물어봐 주었습니다 전용 비치가 있는것도 좋았습니다 가족, 커플 등 함께 오는 모든 여행자들이 만족할 것 같습니다. 다만 아쉬운것은 late check out time 이 늦게 안된다는 것이 아쉬웠어요 한국으로 돌아오는 비행편이 새벽이라서 late chech out time 이 저녁 6시까지는 늘려주면 좋을 거 같아요. 우리는 11시 체크아웃하고 짐 맡겨놓고 수영하다 나왔어요 재 방문 의사 있습니다

The facilities are good, but the service mind...
It is located on the beach side and has good landscaping. The room facilities are a bit old. The cleanliness is a bit disappointing, but it is acceptable. The facilities were overall satisfactory, and the breakfast was closer to a 4-star level than a 5-star level. Personally, I had an accident and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit and requested to cancel or adjust my schedule, but it was rejected. All other hotels canceled or postponed it, but only Haenan Hotel refused. This is a lack of service mind and a lack of mind towards customers. Please make a reservation taking into account that the schedule cannot be canceled or changed...

One major complaint that is easily fixed. For four days the same 6-7 at the pool. Simply awful.. I was informed they can’t change. Certainly enough not to return. Everything else was good. Sadly this one thing is enough to ruin any one’s time. Shame on management for not picking up on this
