Hôtel vraiment magnifique. Petit dèj au top. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et très poli. Les plats et cocktails sont également très bien. En revanche, et malgré un super aménagement, il est compliqué de se baigner. Mieux vaut aller à Alona (10m à pieds)

We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa. We'd had a couple of maintenance issues with a plug socket and then a leaking lavatory in our first room. The villa that we were upgraded to, was lovely, it was great to be able to step just outside into the private lagoon area. The kitchenette is tiny, consists of fridge, kettle and coffee machine with sink, but useful, though the addition of glasses as well as cups would be good, to consume the drinks from fridge, which is repleinshed daily at no cost, with coke, as sprite etc, though coke zero not an option, which I'd disappointing. The staff here are lovely, with a big shout out to the young guy who drove the shuttle, as always smiling. FREE use if kayaks, was great, so many orange and blue starfish to see. The last free shuttle finished back to resort at 20:30 from alona beach area, but it's easily walkable back to resort, we did this most nights. Breakfast had very good selection, though I often found the cappuccino lukewarm and not strong enough, do would order a double espresso to add. Loved going down to the beach steps each evening to see crabs and starfish. Great place, would highly recommended.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment they picked me up at the airport to the moment they drop me off I was treated like a king. The accommodations were fantastic I chose the Villa and it was beyond my expectations. The food at the monkey bar was excellent as well. Our villa host Keith was amazing. She made us feel warm and welcomed and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel was just minutes away from Alona beach. The best part is that it wasn’t so crazy like the beach but it was very secluded and quiet. Our room was a two-story Villa with 2 bedrooms. It had a private pool right off of the patio. The property was immaculate and pride showed everybody who worked there. If you were going to stay in Bohol, this is the only place you should consider.

5 stars! You need to get here!
BE GRAND is an awesome resort. Staff is super friendly, room service is great. Our room is was the Oceana suite. The layout of the room was cool. You see the ocean once you walk in. Master room was big with a balcony and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom has windows seperating the toilet from the sinks and walk in shower. The closets are in the hallway with sliding doors that separate the room. Another balcony in the living area as well. The pools were nice overlooking the ocean especially the pools that surround the villas were pretty awesome as well. Breakfast was great, its not a huge buffet but its enough to get your day started. They also have paddle boarding and kayaking as well. Everything was great about this place especially the staff, super friendly! I would recommend this resort to everyone. The only thing that i didn't catch was the tax. The pricing for the rooms were good but pay attention to the tax. But yet again it was worth it.

Grundet corona var der ca. kun 20 gæster på hotellet og af den grund var mange ting på hotellet lukket og ikke tilgængelige, fx morgenmads buffet og rooftop bar. Desuden fik vi ved check in ikke det bestilte værelse. Vi kontaktede Hotels som håndterede klagen fint. Rigtig lækkert hotel generelt med meget høfligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Me and my girlfriend Enjoyed our stay very much, excelent facilities very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excelent. We would definatly stay again and we would recommend BE Grand. We only had one little problem when we had a very long wait for a pizza in the restaurante on our 2nd night there. Stayed for 5 nights at this resort. Leading up to the stay I emailed them 4 times to confirm my booking with no reply. Arrived at the resort with no issues except that I was expecting to pay a 2000 php deposit only to be told it was 20,000 php deposit. Having said that the resort was very clean with good facilities, the rooms were excellent and we enjoyed our stay. They only thing I would suggest is maybe a few evenings some form of live entertainment could be put on to entertain the guests

Don’t go!!!
There is not a single thing I can say was good. The rate was super high, but AC wasn’t working, there was no hot water, rooms were full of pests, towels were dirty. If the staff speaks English they lie, but most don’t speak English. It’s far from the Alona beach ( there is no connection via beach). Food was quite unpleasing as well and if something wasn’t finished one day you could expect it to be reheated the next day. Waiting time for coffe was ca 30-40 min...

이전 보홀 여행에 방문했던 s리조트와는 너무 차이가 큼. 프라이빗 비치라고는 하지만 수영하거나 들어갈 수 없는 바다임. 바다를 누릴 수 없음. 수영장 선베드에 있을 때 직원들이 계속해서 음료를 주문할지를 물음. 호객 느낌이 너무 듬. 객실 침구에서 습한 냄새가 너무 심함. 호텔 침구에서 상상할 수 없는 일 같음. 룸 청소 후 휴지나 타월 등을 잘 비치해주지 않음. 가져다 달라고 요구하면 깜깜 무소식. 직접 받으러 가기도 함. 체크 아웃 전날 항구로 가는 차를 미리 예약(무료아님) 했는데 약속시간보다 삼십분 정도 늦게 도착. 보홀 숙박은 s리조트 만이 답인 것 같음.

사진에 있는 모든 수영장을 이용할수 있는줄 알았으나 메인 수영장만 이용가능 나머지는 빌라손님만 이용가능한 수영장이였음 ㅠㅠ 그래도 메인수영장이 넓고 140cm 초등남아가 놀기에 딱 좋은 깊이에, 그 깊이 또한 일정해서 안전하게 수영하고 놀기엔 좋았음. 룸은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 조식 괜찮음. 성수기임에도 비슷한 수준의 타 호텔보다는 저렴한 편이라 전반적으로 만족스러움.

I Stayed in Hennan hotel 3 nights and BE GRand Resort 3 nights. but I would defenitely stay in this hotel if i ever go to Bohol again. This hotel is 5 min far away from Alona beach by tricycle. But this hotel provide small bus so that it didnt cost anything to get there. However, there were alot of people want to take this hotel transportation, so you should go hurry and stand a line. This hotel also provide kayak, and this is the only hotel rent this kayak for free in Bohol. You could also watch movies outside in front of the beach at night. that was my favorite part about this hotel. Other hotels near Alona beach are little bit expose to noise. but you will defenitely feel safe and traquil moment while you stay here. I didnt even wanna go Alona beach becuz this hotel provide everything including clean private beach. Also this hotel finish room cleaning service while you are having breakfast in the morning. when you came back from breakfast, everything has done. this was the wonderful thing ive never experienced. However they need to consider more of cleaning shower head. you also need to be careful about the water when you take a shower and Turn all the taps on until the red water gives out.

5-star hotel operating like a 2-star hotel
Supposedly a 5-star hotel but operating like a 2-star hotel. Some of the incidences and things as examples: 1. Upon check-in, I find on bedsheet some insects crawling. There were a few and it turns out flying ants were hatching eggs. I requested a room change but the hotel said that there's no room available and will change bedsheets. Bedsheets were changed but they have stains and don't look clean. When I try to sleep and lift blanket, there are hairs in clean bedsheets. 2. The hotel didnt change the room the next day and didn't check on the room conditions either. 3. The hotel insists that gala dinner which is mandatory and almost USD 90 per person is not yet paid. I shows hotels.com booking confirmation with small prints that the room rate includes the gala dinner yet the hotel says that they need to check. Next day, I go back to the hotel reception and nothing has been done on their side to check. Hence I ended up spending another 30 minutes at the reception for them to confirm that the room rate indeed already included the dinner. This would have costed me USD 180 if i didnt catch the small prints!! 4. They only provide bath towels and not hand towels. Never seen a 5-star hotel which only has bath towels and wash clothes. 5. They don't provide facial tissue box and their toilet paper is probably the lowest quality. Overall, their facilities per se may resemble 5-star hotel but they don't operate nothing like 5-star hotel.

A great place to stay. Resort has nice spacious modern rooms, many pools, restaurants, personal beach, and dock. Convenient to other restaurants, stores, and Alona beach. (BE has a beach shuttle) The staff are awesome, very kind and friendly.

뭔가 부족한....
어른 2, 초등 1 예약했었는데, 예약 시 분명 3인 조식포함이었는데 호텔에서는 어른2 포함이라고 우겨서 체크아웃 시 초등1 조식 4박 결제했네요... 전반적인 시설은 있을건 다있는데, 뭔가 50% 부족한 느낌. 저희는 리조트에만 있었는데 4일 중 2일은 정전이 되어 전기가 왔다 갔다.. 하고 발전기 가동 소리에 시끌.....

一切都很美好,唯一缺點就離鬧區遠了點 要先買好想想吃的再回飯店避免跑來跑去 可搭嘟嘟車前往阿羅那海灘價錢為100披索 亦可步行約15分鐘,只是晚上走回飯店的路 會很暗車子又來來去去,建議攜帶手電筒。
