"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, safe, and quiet. A lovely lady named Aruzhan kindly helped us get an early breakfast. The food was excellent, and the service was great. The air conditioning worked perfectly too! I highly recommend this place"

"Very convenient location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are older and have not been updated in a while, and the hotel was under construction at the time we stayed, but the amazing staff and the excellent breakfast made up for it and I would stay again."

"If all what you are looking for is a bed and bathroom, then this is the best option. I was visiting a conference with pretty packed schedule — leaving early in the morning and returning pretty late and this was the best option. I normally don't use any other amenities of a hotel/hostel and this was just the right option for me. Staff is friendly, they also provide a free breakfast (at least in was included in mine), alas, never had a chance to try them. Overall, no complaints. Best for its price point."

"We stayed on the ground floor away from the road and it was really quiet. The breakfast was ok for a small hotel. We found the hotel comfortable.We did have a safe problem, which wasn’t fixed, but we did only stay 2 nights."
