The owners have taken special care to make this Calypso rental a place you'll want to come every year. There’s high speed wireless internet here so enjoy it wherever you are in the condo. But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you. Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable. Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2. The living area's nice and big. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple. Your LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at. There’s a big TV and it’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time. So many places within walking distance. The view from the balcony was great. The property was clean. Early check in was fantastic. Cons- the beds are the absolute worst beds we have ever had to sleep on. The master bed felt like a small blanket had been wrapped around plywood. The bed made terrible noises when getting in and out. Enough to disturb your partners sleep. So strange that it did not have any creature comforts like coffee filters, salt, pepper, dryer sheets, no extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. The rusty dryer vent cut my wife’s finger deep when she was cleaning it out. We were in town for Jeep Jam and the beds really were so bad it interfered with our stay because we were all so sore in the mornings. First time ever I was ready to check out and go home. It’s so unfortunate that a better mattress or even a mattress topper could of earned them a 5 star review. My son is only 19 and he said the bunk beds were also terrible. The pull-out sofa is very hard to put back, something is not lining up. A new refrigerator where the ice dispenser works. The stove is rusting near the bottom. The Master bathtub could use an upgrade. Now the nice things. Very nice floors and easy to clean with sand from the beach, All the kitchen items I needed to fix a meal and then some. Convenient space for the washer and dryer. TV in the master I didn't have to share my space. The balcony view was the best I enjoyed it every morning and night. Also, the condo is soundproof from the street side and the hallway. I slept very comfortably with the master bedroom being on that side of the condo. Thanks, I really enjoyed my stay!!! ##### Gina B.
