River Wood is located in Costa del Este, one of Panama City’s most desirable neighborhoods, with a feel all of its own, like living in a “city-within-a-city.” Close to the rest of the capital, but packed with shops, restaurants, spas, banks, schools, and offices, the area feels like a self-sustaining community.  
  
The Space:  
  
The 1 bedroom (1022 sqft / 95 sqm) apartment is the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. The living room integrates the kitchen and dining room nicely into one simple, modern space that’s perfect for entertaining guests. Spacious and well lit, the living room is styled with minimalist accents and a comfy sofa, opening up to the balcony which offers a partial ocean view. The master in suite-bedroom is elegant and inviting with a king-size bed. There is a second bathroom in the living room area. The building itself offers incredible amenities like 24 hour security, pool, games room, gym, sauna, and is located in one of the most animated areas of the city.

Most of the apartment buildings in Costa del Este are within walking distance of parks, restaurants, and shops. With wide avenues and ample sidewalks, the community is home to a large central park, and a bayside promenade known as the Paseo del Mar is frequented by joggers, cyclists, and more. Shopping options in Costa del Este include small malls or plazas like Atrio Mall (also home to a movie theater) and the Town Center. The city’s most popular mall, Multiplaza, is just five miles away in San Francisco area.
