Platinum Gulf-Front Corner Unit, Million Dollar Views, Free Beach Service

Tropic Winds 1401 is a beautifully decorated, corner unit, beach-front condo with 20+ mile views of the beautiful Emerald Coast!. The property includes custom flooring, custom paint, leather furnishings, comfortable beds, a fully equipped full-size kitchen, laundry room, massive oversized balcony, etc.. Enjoy your beach vacation in one of the nicest condos at Tropic Winds. Our condo offers FREE Beach Chair Service from March 1st to October 31st (2 free chairs and 1 umbrella).

The living room provides gulf views, balcony access, and leather furnishings including a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features beautiful wrap-around, cherry-stained, cabinetry. Appliances include stainless refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, combination stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. A coffee maker is provided, for our java lovers, as well as a blender, toaster, etc.. The dining table seats 6.

The master suite includes king-size bed, ensuite bath with combination shower/tub, flat-screen tv, and balcony access! Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the bedroom or sleep to the sound of the waves.

The guest bedroom includes a king-size bed with private access to the guest bath. Watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen tv. The bath includes a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom is spacious and large with plenty of space (not your typical small bedroom that other condominiums have).

An oversized, spacious, gulf-front, balcony, with a 20-mile+ coastal view, is provided for your complete enjoyment. Have a sunset dinner with views of the gulf or take a much-needed nap complete with the sounds of the waves. The balcony is to die for and everyone's favorite feature of this property.

You'll also enjoy the convenience of an included laundry room with stacked, large front-loading, washer, and dryer.

Tropic Winds is perfectly located on the quieter, west-end, of Panama City Beach and is also only 2 miles from the popular Pier Park restaurant, shopping, and entertainment district.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Great Stay

Had a great time here at Greta’s beachfront rental. Steps to the beach and nice and clean when we arrived. Close to anywhere we needed to go. The balcony is huge and one of the best we have been on. The furniture was lovely on the balcony. Our whole group of 6 stayed long hrs on the balcony in comfort and still had plenty of space. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a major plus! Highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to come to PCB. Great experience our 9 day stay! The owner was very friendly and helped ASAP with our extra parking needs. Will return soon.

Iverall, a good experience. The cleanliness was surely lacking, as someone else had also commented in the past especially with a smelly refrigerator. Felt like the cleaners need to be taken to task for that. Owners took the time to decorate the apartment well. Spacious place too. We did have an inconvenience with couple of boxes being delivered at the doorstep, which did not get removed even after communicating with the property Manager, not sure why. They kept lying there all the time at the door itself. Also, they were spot on when the listing said about bringing your own supplies. They have absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper or a dishwashing tab. So, make sure to bring your own stuff for the kitchen especially if you have children.

Great location with even better views

We had a blast at this property. Breathtaking views of every sunrise and sunset thanks to it being a corner unit on the east side of the building. Location was great for shopping and entertainment and the beach is great in front of the property. The daily use of lounge chairs and umbrella was also great to have. Can’t wait to go back with our daughters.

Labor day Vacation

Excellent location on the quiet side of PCB but still able to make a quick drive to food and entertainment. Condo was well stocked with everything you might need for cooking when you dont want to go out. The view from balcony is breathtaking, by far the best thing about the condo. The next best thing was the beds, like sleeping in the clouds. The finishes could use some sprucing up but overall great experience.

Wonderful!

This condo was just what we were hoping for. Easy check-in and check-out. Located in a great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Condo was clean and lots of room. There were only two of us, definitely would be plenty of room for 4. The view from the balcony was priceless. Sat out every morning with coffee and every evening with cocktails! The beach chairs that come with the condo are a major plus. They were set up and ready to go every day. We will definitely be coming back to the beach condo!

Great place!

Great place to stay located right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. However, the parking garage can be somewhat of a nightmare, especially with a big vehicle. Wish they could make some changes there. Overall we had a great time!

Great view from the balcony!

Nice place to stay, I would stay here again. Tried to call & email the property manager but they never returned my call or email. I had a question about whether or not the property had an air compressor on site, we had some floaties to air up...just had to do it the old fashioned way. No biggie, glad we didn't have an emergency though, since nobody responded.

We loved the condo and will definitely go back. However, could of done without all of the smoking pot smell. We had to deal with that several times a day as we were sitting on our balcony. Completely understand this has nothing to do with our owner or our unit. Best vacation we have had in awhile, and are thinking about booking for next year!

Tropically Terrific

From the initial booking to the final day of checkout Ms. Greta and her team were amazing! The room was exactly as described in the listing (honestly a little better than described, as words/pictures cannot do this property justice) YES... it is that amazing!! The room was clean (to include the resort grounds and beach) and provided every amenity anyone could ask for! The view is spectacular and the location is close enough to all the main attractions which provides convenience ! A bonus was the two King size beds (with the best mattresses ever!) and the double bathrooms! This gives a larger crowd the privacy which can be appreciated! Be sure to book this property of traveling to PCB, it will not disappoint!
