Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Rikia A. 7 août 2025 Upon arrival I was charged an additional 80 (20 for ea. person) for a mandatory wristband due to the owner not knowing the HOA rules. It's not only to access amenities as stated, which we did not need, it's mandatory to even be on the premises. Jennifer told me she would refund me, now I'm being told she will not. I was given her number, my calls are now going straight to voicemail! The excuse I was given is they do not make enough money. Which has nothing to do with me! The unit was not as pictured. There is a sofa bed and rolling cot which are thin and extremely uncomfortable, you can still fill the wire frame. As the customer I should not have been charged for your lack of knowing the rules. I was forced to pay or ruin my daughters birthday trip and lied to by Jennifer! She had no intention on refunding my money!!! Shady business!!!! ##### Rikia A. Which was done promptly. Dryer door handle was broken off, smelled of cheep cleaner to mop floors with, had to buy a shower curtain. Only 1 silverware spoon., no hot pads to use to get something out of the oven. And lastly, the unit has a for sale in the window!! Enough said. ##### Beth D. The staff was responsive and the place was tidy. I’d definitely stay again. Only had minor issues like the place smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived but went away for the most part by the end of our stay. And it took us a few days to figure out who to talk with at the clubhouse. The main area in the clubhouse was closed so you had to talk to the security officer by the pool, but there were no signs or anything to say that. Due to COVID the complex no longer provides things for mini golf or shuffle board so it would have been nice if those items would have been supplied for us to take advantage of the amenities. But otherwise our stay was great! Locals are friendly, the pools were awesome, just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. ##### Bailey P.
