The boat was overall clean but could use some TLC. Modern and bright inside. Installing a bathroom sink in the unused tub area would be great. Not a usable shower in the bathroom was ok as the marina had 3 showers and bathrooms. But.... the marina property is run down (for sale? or new owners?) and needs a good cleaning up. We are used to boating so we are accustomed to tighter spaces.
