This spacious property features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 8 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests—perfect for families, groups of friends, or business stays. The home is thoughtfully designed across two levels, offering a great balance between shared spaces and privacy: On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two queen beds), both with ensuite bathrooms. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining room, two living areas, and a guest half bathroom, along with direct access to the outdoor area with a private pool. On the upper floor, there is an additional living area and four bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom with two queen beds shares a bathroom with a third bedroom with one queen bed. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, and an in-room gym. The outdoor area features a private pool, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the in-home gym allows you to stay active during your stay. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, private parking spaces, and everything needed for a comfortable and seamless experience. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals, synagogues, and just minutes from the Cinta Costera. Is early check-in available? Early check-in is available whenever possible. If there are no guests checking out on the day of your arrival, we’re happy to offer complimentary early check-in. Please note that we can only confirm this one day before your arrival, as it depends on cleaning and scheduling. 2\. Is late check-out available? Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available at a cost of half the nightly rate, as we need to block that day for preparation. All requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. 3\. Are outside visitors allowed? Yes, outside visitors are welcome. Where is the house located? Is the area safe? The house is located in Punta Paitilla, one of Panama City’s most exclusive and central residential areas. The area is known for being safe, walkable, and well-connected, with easy access to main roads, shopping centers, restaurants, and the waterfront. 5\. Do you have other properties nearby? Yes, we have another house located 5 minutes walking distance from this one. We also manage apartments about a 10-minute drive away, as well as additional homes and apartments in beach and mountain locations. 6\. Is parking available? Yes, the house includes private parking spaces. Additional street parking may also be available nearby. 7\. Are parties or events allowed? Parties and events are not allowed. Moderate music is permitted as long as it does not disturb neighbors. Please respect quiet hours and the residential nature of the area. 8\. Is cleaning available during the stay? Yes, daily cleaning is available for $150. Please request in advance so we can coordinate scheduling. 9\. Is luggage storage available? We do not offer formal luggage storage. However, depending on availability, you may be able to leave luggage inside the house before check-in or after check-out. Please coordinate in advance. 10\. How far is the house from the airport? The house is approximately 20–25 minutes from Tocumen International Airport, depending on traffic. 11\. Are there supermarkets or restaurants nearby? Yes, the location is very convenient. You’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers within a few minutes by car or walking distance, including nearby waterfront areas. 12\. Is a crib available? We do not provide a crib, but we can offer a Pack ’n Play for $50 per stay. Please request it in advance. 13\. Is the pool private? Do you provide pool towels? Yes, the house features a private pool. We provide pool towels for your stay. 14\. Is an iron and ironing board available? Yes, we provide an iron and ironing board for your convenience. 15\. Is there backup power or water available? The house includes a full backup generator for the entire property, as well as a water reserve tank, ensuring continuous service. 16\. What is the WiFi speed? High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. It is suitable for streaming, remote work, and video calls. 17\. Is there security? The house is equipped with security cameras in exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the property. 18\. Is it possible to accommodate more guests? Yes, we can accommodate one additional guest by providing a twin bed for $200 per stay. All bedrooms are good size. Multiple living areas. Great, clean pool. XL kitchen. The host, Jonathan, is extremely responsive. We had an issue with the ice machine (separate from the frig and freezer). He fixed within 20 minutes. The chef he recommended, Chef Alberto, was exceptional! He prepared 3 dinners for our family and it was so wonderful to just relax in the house after all day out in the heat. His son, Alberto, was helpful as an interpreter. Just a wonderful visit. The house is not in a touristy neighborhood but Uber was so available. We returned our rental car after 2 days….driving is CRAZY. Uber quick and inexpensive. A touristy ##### Theresa B.
