It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The only thing lacking was a corkscrew, so if you are a wine drinker, bring one! All the reviews say the elevators are horrible, we had no problem at all. The longest we waited was maybe 5 minutes. I was disappointed in how dirty the floors were. The back door lock was broken and I never received a call back from the management company. We were originally scheduled to come earlier in the summer, but another event being rescheduled forced us to move the vacation. The management made that process very easy. The condo was great, as advertised, and the location made everything in PCB convenient. The elevators can take a long time during peak times - up to 20 minute waits a couple of times.
