The room was really nice. I found the hot breakfast was very satisfactory. The facility was neat and clean. Overall I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Check closets for black mold
Staff was pleasant upon check in. Beds were comfy and the tv was nice. The bathroom needed some maintenance done. Black mold was in the closet pretty bad which we noticed the next morning. The pool during the day felt like a hot tub and was hard to swim in during the day so my kids swam at night. The breakfast was okay but not excellent. We stayed in room 220 and took pictures of the black mold. When checking out my fiancé told the lady at the desk about the black mold and showed her pictures and asked about a partial refund. She said “I’ll let my manager know and they will give you a call” never received a call.

Front desk person when arriving not welcoming at all. Rooms were not available before 4 pm. Came back later different person she was very nice, helpful she should be the one in charge. Came back on my last night to get clean towels and soap she wants to hand me a trash bag to put my dirty towels in and bring them down before i can get clean ones. I told her no thank you this was the same woman in the beginning.

This organization don't have empathy for military families. I lost a lot of money because I couldn't make the appointed trip. My son Sergeant changed his vacation date to accommodate the deployment. However the hotel would give me a refund.
