Séjour de 2 nuits en juin 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Nelson J. 15 sept. 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### Sandy beaches, sandy rooms, loud construction While making this reservation, we were so excited to find a rental that had our ideal location paired with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. Upon checking into the condo, staff was friendly and welcoming. However, while checking in, we were informed at the front desk that we had to pay an additional $40 for parking pass and bracelets for beach access. Although not a deal breaker, it would have been nice to know beforehand. When walking into the condo, it was quickly noted the amount of sand throughout. We reached out to the cleaning team, and they informed us that the renters before had tracked sand in and they struggled to clean it completely. They never offered to come in and attempt to clean again. The amount of sand on the floor throughout the entire condo led us to wearing our shoes inside at all times. During the entire stay, the condo was under construction and was very loud from 8am sharp to 5pm non-stop, making it impossible to sleep in/relax during our vacation. On our second day of the stay, the construction crew stepped onto the balcony and wedged a piece of wood into the sliding door so that it could not be opened due to construction. The balcony with the view was one of the primary reasons that we booked, and we weren’t able to utilize it due to construction. Although I understand safety concerns, again, it would have been nice to know the extent of construction going on around us. Once construction is finished, this condo would be a great stay. ##### Nelson J. We enjoyed waking up to the view of the beach. The constuction wasn't bad during the day but being woken up from it was not ideal early in the morning. Only complaint was the kitchen drain had an oder and eventually knats were coming out of it. We called to have something done about it and was told maintenance would come but no one every showed the entire time we were there. Needless to say we didn't use the kitchen. ##### Dawn T. First time to PCB and this spot couldn't have been more perfect for me. I'm a beach bum so imagine my delight when I realized I could leave everything inside, including my phone, and walk downstairs barefoot right out onto one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. In addition, I lucked out that the unit was available for 3 more nights because my checkout date was when Hurricane Ian was scheduled to arrive to my city. Once the power went out at home my boyfriend drove up to join me. The location was so beautiful, and walking distance to everything I wanted. Bars, restaurant, shopping and I even walked to WonderWorks. We felt really lucky, and a little guilty, due to what others were going through during the storm. Zero complaints and all praises. Personally, I would recommend no more than 2 people for maximum comfort because it isn't a large unit. Perfect for couples or a couple friends looking for quiet bliss or a rockin good time. P.S. Séjour de 5 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### janet s. 12 août 2022 #### Not exactly what I was expecting Photos seemed to make it look much bigger than it was, especially balcony and kitchen. Balcony furniture in need of replacement as I fell out of broken chair- property manager “Audrey” was already aware and stated “the last guest mentioned it also”. The condo is awaiting repairs to living room wall and hopefully ceiling due to wall to wall water leak. This property is next to 3 eateries within walking distance otherwise you’ll need to Uber or Lyft, there are a couple beach taxi services. Audrey the property manager was very responsive to calls, she did go out of her way to deliver an iron to the unit since it didn’t have one upon arrival. ##### janet s. Highly recommend carpet or some area rugs in the bedroom to keep sand and dirt out of the bed. Also the mattress was not the best comfort. If you plan to use the keurig be sure to bring your own kcups. Shower was very nice and huge! Great views from the balcony. ##### Mandy S. The sunset view was spectacular! We'll definitely go back. Evolve, the property mgmt. Company was very kind. \*Eats: You've got to go to Captain Jacks restaurant (All u can eat crab legs) they're out of this world. Get there early, they were very busy. Waffle house is very close. Pineapple 🍍 Willy's is walking distance. The Blackened shrimp with grits & bbq ribs were delicious. ##### Deanne G.
