First time in this unit but have stayed in similar units. First, RealJoy was wonderful to work with very responsive, easy to communicate with and were there to answer questions/assist the entire week. The condo itself could use a little TLC. The sliding door to balcony did not lock which is very concerning with a toddler. The entry door did not lock well except for the night time security lock. The dry was not in good working condition on arrival and tore up while using it causing damage to several articles of clothing. The kitchen appliances could use repair or replacement. Ice maker worked intermittently, the oven was very slow to heat and took a good 10 longer to cook items. We only cooked as were there during Hurricane Helena and many places closed. One of the bathtub faucet did not work. For the amount we paid it was disappointing for things to be in I’ll repair. ##### Amber H. Sand in the bed, had to ask for new sheets and they didn’t even come in and clean, they just put the linens on the bed for us to do. Fridge took forever to cool. Very crowded. The wristband and parking fee is not in the listing. Surprised a lot of people. Also need to put in the listing that parking garage is only 6’11”. We got lucky that one of our trucks fit, and the other had to grab one of the 6 oversized spaces. ##### Kasandra S. Very confusing. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ice machine did not work in the condo and the door to the middle bedroom was broken. Resolution for the ice machine from the rental company was to purchase it in the garage and would be reimbursed, however it didn't print any receipts. Lock on the patio door broke, was not able to lock it. When checking in was informed I needed to pay $115 dollars for wrist bands in order to use the amenities. I don't recall reading this upon booking. I was also told that if I lost any of the 10 bracelets that I would be charged $100 per lost bracelet. When we checked out, I drove down to return the 4 used and 6 unused bracelets and was told by the girl working in the garage that was not necessary and there wasn't anyone at the front desk.
