We did not book again for next year as planned, as the rates have almost doubled with the new property mgt, ( the pet fee alone increased from $100.00 to $250.00 per pet..) as well as a lot of the kitchen essentials previously provided have been removed. It was very spacious and clean. My grandparents enjoyed not having to go up and down stairs, and having the handicap bars in the shower. The property was also very dog friendly. If your looking for a house that is clean, roomy, AND HAS NO STAIRS....then this is the place for you!!! We love PCB we try to go once a year and this has been the best stay yet!! Mary was great to work with and very attentive. It's not too far from downtown, but far enough to not have an overly crowed beach. This is one of the top rentals we have ever had. It was incredible to wake up every morning and see the beautiful beach. The property owner goes above and beyond to communicate and make sure that their guests have a great time.
