The room we originally booked was in tower 3 and were notified weeks prior that we were bumped and given another room in west tower. Not pleased at all with what we were moved to. The A/C did not work until the last day,everything very outdated in the room and the furniture had so many stains we didn’t even sit on the couch. Steps from Pier Park. Been coming to Calypso for 14 years and was so excited to try the new tower. Disappointing how all are “Calypso” but separate rules for each tower. We could not use Tower I and II amenities and our family and friends could not use Tower III amenities. We so wanted to rent a cabana!!!!
