Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to May 24 2026\. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed.\*\* This second floor beachfront oasis at Watercrest Condominiums brings all the comforts of home to your vacation while boasting one of the largest wraparound balconies you could find on the beach! The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom and access to the wraparound balcony. Bedroom two hosts two full over queen bunk beds along with a private balcony facing the front side of the building. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for two. Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and many more enjoyable amenities. One of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! The Unit 210 owner provides guest with free 2 person cabana chair to use at the beach with a booking. (Mid March thru October) Enjoy beautiful beach views from the cozy balcony, all housed within one of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! Why This Property? Watercrest 210 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2025\. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept. The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Unique Benefits Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant. Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. The place was boring! The tiki bar shut down at five! You weren’t allowed to bring your golf carts that you rented on the property! You’re not allowed to grill without walking a half a block to where they have some grills! All in all I will not stay there again! If you’re looking for a quite boring place to go then it’ll be great. But don’t rent a golf cart because if you do, you have to pay 75 to park it across the street and hope nobody steals it.! Plus a car was broken into while we were there from someone staying there and stole a gun and a ladies purse it was all caught on camera though. You can’t even vape on your own private balconies although you’re right in someone else’s yard next-door and they’re smoking and blowing right on your premises so the no smoking is just ridiculous. Check in was easy and convenient. Cleaners had the room available about an hour before check in which was great also. The condo was cleaned well and they had started amenities for us which saved us from heading to the store immediately after arriving. It’s very roomy and spacious. The view of the ocean was perfect. It was noisy above us some days but I assume they was working on the condo above us. It didn’t take away from our vacation at all though. My only complaint would be the sofa bed. It was not comfortable, but I’ve never slept on one that has ever been comfortable. So I certainly wouldn’t discredit the host for that. Everything was amazing. And we just so happen to run into the owner/manager, who made sure our stay was great and asked us if we need anything. That’s someone that has the best interest of his renters.
