Best Deals! The master bedroom contains a king bed and private access to the master bath, as well as a flat screen TV. It also has a balcony door with access to the wraparound balcony. The master suite has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or whole family with 2 queen beds (huge room!) that comfortably sleep 4\. This bedroom also has a full bathroom of it's own and TV. The living room couch folds out into a sleeper sofa. Come enjoy the luxury and convenient location of the Watercrest! The condo itself was nice, though a little outdated. The couch was old and dusty, the recliner had tears all over it so the cushion was poking through, and the silverware was the plastic handle kind from the dollar store. The listing stated that there was on-site parking, but never mentioned that it was 50 per car with a max of two cars. If you wanted to add an extra car, it was 86 to park across the street in a sandlot. We got a complaint for having too many people in our condo. This was because they had 10 other kids stop by for 30 mins at 1am. The rental company came barging into our room and interrogating the only 2 of our kids that were there at the time at 3:10 pm the next day while I was not there. They were threatened to be kicked out if I did not arrive in the next 15 mins. Mind you, I was at lunch on the west end of the beach. I was told that she would be doing random checks and if I wasn’t there, they would be kicked out. Who holds someone hostage to their room?!?! The Tiki bar downstairs was selling alcohol to minors the entire trip as well. Oh yeah, and we were charged a 49 late fee because we were leaving as the cleaning crew arrived at check out. ##### Candice C. The living room is very open and spacious. We have stayed at Watercrest before, but we specifically picked this unit because the master bedroom overlooks the beach. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. Great condo and well maintained. Clean on arrival. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony, master and living rooms. Kitchen has everything but a stockpot which wouldn’t really fit on the stove anyway because the hood vent is quite low. Beach toys and bodyboards in the closet, which we didn’t notice until the night before we left (we added an umbrella to the collection). Easy communication with ECD when we called for smoke alarm beeping and maintenance showed up quicker than a pizza delivery to swap the battery and then came back a second time to fix it because the battery wasn’t the issue. Would give the ‘location and neighborhood’ 5 stars if the tiki bar on the first floor would stay open til at least 7pm and maybe if the pool and/or hot tub would stay open after 10p for adults. The view is amazing !! We had 5 other families stay in other rooms and nothing compared to our view. Everywhere in the condo u look out and see endless turquoise water and white sand! Plenty of seating area for everyone. Only issue we had is the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. But that’s a minor fix . We had a great time ##### Lacy H. Nicely decorated Watercrest condos have some of the biggest glass walls facing the ocean in PCB and this is one of the best floorplans in the complex maximizing ocean view with a private balcony. The condo is nicely decorated with beach theme and the kitchen has all the utensils needed. We were also provided starter supplies of toilet rolls etc. The complex is not the newest but is clean and well maintained with tennis courts and clean heated pools. The condo is in great shape and accurately represented in listing but we thought there are a few things that will make it even better. 1\. The communication with property manager could be quicker, but they are honest reliable people and in the end I never had issues getting into the unit and checking out. 2\. The condo does have a vacuum but it would be nice to have a swiffer or a mop to take care of cleaning sand on the vinyl floors. 3\. Mood lighting in the balcony and LED lighting fixture upgrades would enhance the experience significantly. 4\. Lastly kitchen and bathroom cabinets counters are in good shape, but updating them would make this condo unbeatable. Thank you for a great stay and we plan to return next year ##### Obaidullah M.
