It was very clean when we went in. He stayed in communication with us so if we ever needed any help. It's within walking distance to the beach in a very good spot that's not too crowded. We came from Virginia so having everything there we needed was important and it was more than stocked with everything that we needed. We are very pleased with our stay and the property owner.
