Beautiful decorated studio in a PRIME location in Origin at Seahaven Resort. This 9th floor unit overlooks the pool and has breathtaking Gulf Views from the private balcony.

Primary renter MUST be 18 or older! Origin has a strict age limit.

Accommodates three with a King bed and futon.

Kitchenette with microwave, sink and under counter refrigerator. Turn-key, rental ready with all linens, accessories, housewares, electronics and furnishings included. You won't find this LUXURY and quality anywhere else in PCB. Origin is BEAUTIFUL...the only Panama City Beach condo with hotel design and INTERIOR corridors, mahogany entry doors, CUSTOM hall sconces and address plaques, pendant lighting, granite, raised panel cabinets, a theater, fitness center, observation decks, dining terraces, and parking in the building.

Origin resort has the following:
1) On site arcade
2) On-site Coffee and Ice at the Saltwater Marketplace
3) Pool and hot tub on the 4th floor, Pool and hot tub are both heated in the winter months
4) Fitness center on the 4th floor
5) Laundry facility on the first floor that takes bills and cards. Laundry detergent is not provided at the Laundry facility.

Your parking pass will be in the unit and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We provide 2 parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 4 wristbands for our unit and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened. I would recommend you just carry them with you or don't tighten them as they cannot be removed. Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
