A gated beachfront condominium situated directly on the sugar sands of The Gulf of Mexico. The condo is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, near plenty of shopping & restaurants all within a short distance. Unit 1001 is located in Tower 3 of Long Beach Towers. Long Beach Resort, Tower 3 unit 1001 on the 10th floor. When you enter this lovely condo, you will be greeted with tile floors throughout, an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, newly painted walls, and amazing floor to ceiling windows that maximize the panoramic view of the Emerald Coast. A bonus of this beautiful condo is a mini bar with a fridge! Just imagine yourself making a delicious cocktail and enjoying one of your two balconies while gazing at the aquamarine water. This amazing condo gives you everything you would want with coastal living, it is turnkey, provides breathtaking views, capacious rooms, huge balconies, resort style amenities, and close to plenty to do. Vacation in luxury at this awesome beachfront property. This unit is a rare end cap unit with a spacious floor plan including 3 bedrooms with 3 adjoining bathrooms, as well as two sprawling separate balconies overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and the resort's 1300 ft of sugary, white sand beaches! Make your way down to any of the 3 pools (seasonally heated) the resort has to offer- one of which includes 6800 sq ft of Polynesian style lagoon pool area, hot tub, waterfalls, and plenty of space to soak up the sun. Enjoy poolside fare at the Hangout (open seasonally), where a variety of food and beverages are available throughout the day. Want to enjoy activities other than the beach? This condo is located just a short distance from golfing, the Zoo, Shipwreck Island, Shell Island, famous bars and restaurants like Pineapple Willie's, and the highly rated outdoor mall Pier Park that provides premium shopping, dining, and family fun activities. Primary room has a King bed 2nd room has 2 bunk beds, twin over twin 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds We provide enough Toilet paper, Paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, dish soap/detergent until you can get to the store. (hotel like) Book your stay!! Please note: ALL 4 Towers under construction starting in mid to late August 2025. 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are included with each reservation! Just tell the beach attendant your staying at Tower III, unit 1001! Beach Chair service is from March 1st until October 31st. The Gym is now Open! Just go to the gym kiosk, sign the waiver to receive a gym door code. Must be 25 years old to book, security will not let anyone in if you are under 25 years old. Parking is not assigned. Park anywhere in parking lot. Note: 12/3/25, There are several support jacks on the balcony and 2 support jacks in one of the bedrooms. We are not sure when they will be removed as this time. Important!! Please Read: Construction Schedule starting August 18, 2025 to March 13 2026: Walkways and North Elevations: Washing surfaces, concrete/Stucco repairs. Walkways will remain open. This was our8th or 9th stay. We prefer tower 2 or 3, for location inside the resort. This condo was great for our family. My husband and I had our two girls and 3 of their friends along. (5young adults) we had plenty of space, really appreciated the beverage fridge, the table for 6, large sectional, decor, fans, outdoor furniture, and beds for 10\. The kitchen was better equipped than some, and we appreciated the crockpot, large pots, and large baking pans. We would stay again. ##### Heather B. The door to this unit was very dirty and a turnoff. The unit itself was in bad need of a make over. The floor was dirty and we needed to keep our shoes on. Who ever used the unit before us brought the sand chairs back covered in sand. We washed the 4 chairs that we used. The property was very nice but also needed to a good cleaning.
