This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. Living room & master suite overlook fountain pond and Villa side largest pool! Master Bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and walk-in closet. The junior suite has 2 queen beds and access to guest bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room...sleeps 8 comfortable! Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN! You will NOT be disappointed! Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and occupy! \*\*Need extra space to sleep more travelers?? We also manage Golf Villa #2504, directly downstairs and sleeps 8 people comfortably! There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The property was as shown in pictures and very clean. The walk to the beach was a little long but there is a shuttle if you choose. Great location and the view of pool and pond was nice. The pond has a water fountain which was nice listening too especially in the evening. The balcony has rocking chairs which I loved too. The pool is only a few steps away if you want to swim. Beach is right across the street minutes away. The lay out of master bed room is good plenty of room for luggage and any extra personal items you don’t want on the floor. The condo is 13 minutes from Publix Sports Complex. Erica with Stay Away Rentals was excellent!! I have stayed at a different unit in the golf villas that had a upgraded kitchen and bathroom features and this unit is way better with location, layout and cleanliness. The king size bed was so comfortable and the sheets were nice. The unit has an amazing AC system. It overlooks the pool so my older kids could go swimming while we sat on the balcony and watched. Security is top notch and the entire property is clean, well maintained and the pools are amazing. The resort gives great close access to the beach as well! ##### michelle y.
