BIG SCREEN TV AND GREAT VIEWS! Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1705! Resort charges 40.00 per vehicle We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1705 because it is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a one bedroom two bath beach residence and we’ve done something different by putting a queen bed in the bunk room. It’s a little small but it really works and let’s our unit sleep up to 6 comfortably. We may be the only condo in the building that’s done this. That way it works for kids and adults. Starting 8/18 until mid October 2025, the resort will be doing stucco work on all balconies, elevator modernization (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026, and during the early and late fall they will be working on the garage, which will have some noise and some partial closing of the garage area. Balconies will be closed in the 04-06 stacks from 10/6-10/20 during weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Guests will not have access to the balcony during these hours. The East pool will be closed 10/13-10/31 West pool will be open for guests to use during this time. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. We’ve even included free beach service from March through October! We enjoyed the master walk-in shower instead of the tub, and we found all of the furnishings beautiful and comfortable. But we spent most of our time either on the beach (great beach service) or on the fabulous balcony. We were so glad we brought our binoculars to enjoy birds, sea creatures of all sorts and the MOON. The condo was absolutely amazing. The view was breathtaking and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. (An extra roll of tp would have been great) but besides that it was magical. We have been to PCB many times before and hadn’t found our spot yet and this is it! It was the first time we had booked this resort and fell in LOVE❤️ It truly felt like home! The furnishings were spot on and it was so clean that it almost took your breath away! Everything was super comfy and cozy. Each morning we watched the dolphins play before heading down to the beach ourselves ( seven days of dolphins !) We can’t wait to return! Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ##### Teri S. If I had to find anything to complain about it would be very minor things. All the shelves in the fridge doors and the butcher block knives need replaced. Like I said very minor things.
