LOTS OF ROOM! MASTER ON GULF! Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1710! One thing you will notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular! This is why we selected Sunrise Beach 1710… because of the incredible views plus its amazing 17th floor location! This three bedroom and two bath beach residence has a King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom and a Twin Bunk for the kids in the third bedroom plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The oversized balcony is furnished with plenty of seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets plus is the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the dolphins and stingrays play in the surf. Starting 8/18 until mid October 2025, the resort will be doing stucco work on all balconies, elevator modernization (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026, and during the early and late fall they will be working on the garage, which will have some noise and some partial closing of the garage area. Balconies will be closed in the 07-11 stacks from 9/9-9/18 during weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Guests will not have access to the balcony during these hours. The East pool will be closed 10/13-10/31\. West pool will be open for guests to use during this time. There was hair in the bath tub, food crumbs on the kitchen floor and just overall dirt on the floors. I was given a ticket for having a luggage carrier hooked onto my hitch of my vehicle. We had it folded up flush with my vehicle, no way it was even close to interfering with another vehicle. I understand there are rules, so we asked the security lady and she said it had to be removed from the vehicle. So, we removed it and placed it in front of my car, against the concrete wall, literally in a space less than a foot. I again received a ticket, this time because it was "in a common area". A small child possibly could have walked through that space but not during a normal route. We asked what were we supposed to do with it, we were told to take it to our condo with us. A 50 pound all metal luggage carrier, to the 17th floor, where they will not even allow you to take a luggage cart inside? Then there was the 2 nights, our second/fourth night there, around 11:00 pm, that aggressive loud beating of the door occurred. It was a security guard. He said that there had been complaints for the past 4-5 nights of loud "construction noises" coming from the condo we were staying in. He said there is "no building allowed after 5 pm." I explained to him that we did not own the condo, and this was only our second night there, and was very sure there was not any construction or building going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND! ##### Christina R. Not "walk 2 minutes to the beach", but "open the sliding door and look for dolphins" on the beach. This suited that requisite. We weren't sure about the pool being up 4 flights from the beach, because we like to go back and forth, but it turned out to not really be an issue. Inside the condo, there is plenty of storage. Bunk room is small and kinda stuffy, could use a fan on the floor (too small for a ceiling fan w/ bunks), but served its purpose. This unit did not come with the beach chair/umbrella setup, but you can rent yourself for \~$45/day down from the beach guy. The furnishings are nice. Appliances in good shape. Water pressure decent. The communication from the property manager was pretty quick. Overall a nice stay and nice condo. Less than 30 mins from airport. Would stay again! ##### Gwen L. The pictures don't do it justice, it's more spacious in person. We had plenty of room for our group and loved having access to a washer and dryer right there in the condo. The check-in process was super simple since we were sent the code to the room before arrival. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and access to the beach was great. The parking garage has doors leading straight to the elevators that take you up to the condos, and on the opposite side is the beach access. Shelves in master bathroom were dusty as well. Looked under the master bedroom bed when we were leaving to make sure we didn’t forget anything and there’s all kinds of stuff under there. Probably hasn’t been swept in months. Kitchen cabinets had food and sticky stuff on them. Master toilet is not secure so when you sit on it the whole toilet moves. Bathtub frame kept falling off the wall. View is beautiful. Space is sufficient. The elevator in the building took forever and if you’re not parked by 8pm it’s hard to find a space. What drew us to the condo was the location to some of our favorite restaurants where we would be able to walk to dinner versus driving. While the condominium was very convenient and the cleanliness of the resort was very nice, condo 1710 was far from it. Upon arrival in the condo, it was found that both toilets had black mold rings around them-unsure of when they were actually cleaned last. The bunk beds were not made, they did not have sheets or blankets on them. The sheets that we did put on were stained and had a dirty footprint on them. There was no toilet paper to start our stay (I am aware that toilet paper is not provided for the duration of the stay). There were no extra linens or towels anywhere. We simply had 6 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 3 washcloths for our 6 person party. When I reached out to the property expressing my concerns, they told me that extra linens and towels are located under the sinks in each bathroom, which they were not. They also told me a property manager would be reaching out and I have yet to hear anything from them. I do not recommend this unit, 1710, as it was not kept up and very dirty. Had we not planned to spend our days on the beach and nights out, we would not have stayed here upon checking in. ##### Kelsey T.
