There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The patio door shattered at the end of our stay. I simply closed the door and it shattered. The frame to the door had screws missing and was probably 30 years old. They charged my bank account on file 1000 without coming to look at it.
