The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Community/Property: Tranquility Resort is a gorgeous Gulf-front property with manicured lawns, perfect for picnic and play! Tranquility offers its guests private beach access (just steps away from the resort), a pool (heated seasonally), outdoor shower, and grilling area. There is an onsite elevator. Please note, Tranquility Resort is smoke-free (both building and grounds). The unit was not clean and they sent Cleaning service back over so that we could at least use the stove. I sent a multitude of pictures showing all the things that were not working or clean and received apologetic . But no one in charge is walking this property periodically to see how it’s maintained. She replaced coffee maker immediately, which was appreciated since the 4 in the unit did not work. Freezer did not work our ice cream went bad. It appears that the owner is not in touch with how the property is being maintained. Fantastic location great beach! If the unit was properly maintained, I would love to stay there again. The unit being outdated did not bother me. It was the lack of maintenance and cleanliness that bothered me. The dishwasher is back from when I think they were released for the first time. Also this condo is literally on the beach and the owner has no beach chairs or beach towels on the premises, which is absolutely ridiculous for a beachfront property. As a guest you should not have to buy these things and leave them behind. Empty blow dryer box with no blow dryer. Kitchen light pan filled with dead bugs. Light in master closet didn’t work. Washing machine had crud all around the inside rim- GROSS it was never cleaned.
