Within walking distance from Aqua is Pier Park with outstanding restaurants and fabulous shopping. COMPLEX AMENITIES \-2 heated pools \-Hot tub \-Poolside cafe \-Spa THINGS TO KNOW Aqua requires all guests to pre-register to receive a parking permit if bringing a vehicle. A registration fee of $50 per parking permit, two vehicle maximum, applies. Beach chair service rental is available from March through October for an additional fee. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) This home stunk of strong raw sewage coming from the master bathroom upon entering home. First night we slept in living room. The next morning before we could start our vacation properly a child was sent to assess that there was a smell and thirty minutes later a cleaning lady came to clean lol! She had no clue and I said this was not the first occurrence in this unit. I suggested to pour bleach down the drains to mask the smell. It was tolerable for a couple of days then we decided to cover the drains and keep the master bathroom door shut because the smell was getting strong again. What were we to do! No one checked in on us regarding this issue during the remainder of our stay. The office personnel were clueless. The garage gate and property gate codes we received were incorrect. The tv ‘s did not get local channels for news and weather. The kitchen pots and pans were old and very few. But the absolute worst were the elevators. 4 elevators in total for 23 floors of condos. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds had real comforters on them, there were extra blankets and TONS of extra towels. The washer and drier worked well. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Pier Park. It felt a little cramped for my family of 8, and the balcony is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but overall we were really pleased. The staff at Aqua were all friendly and welcoming and the pools were fantastic. The condo was nice, had great appliances and a pretty stocked kitchen. My only complaints are the fans and vents looked like they never get cleaned and the master bathroom smelled.
