Beautifully Remodeled Unit!! Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026\. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18\. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways. • The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project. • Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31. • Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter. Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This beautifullly remodeled, updated condo is located on the third floor of Tower 3, one of the most desired locations within Long Beach Resort because of the proximity to the lagoon pool and beach access. This condo has upscale furnishings and is in great condition! Enjoy the floor to ceiling window views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 foot balcony from both rooms to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another beautiful Florida sunset! The balcony features all new, comfortable furniture. This 750 square foot condo will easily accommodate four, with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area seats four. The kitchen has been completely overhauled and features stainless steel appliances, a huge granite counter top island, and lots of counter space! There is a large flat screen HDTV in the living room AND the bedroom!! The entire condo is done in a beautiful travertine tile and the bathroom has a huge marble garden tub with a separate dressing area with a granite vanity with his/her sinks. Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 square foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar and grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski and umbrella rentals on site, 24hr security with gated access and plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do such as golf, restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, and Wal Mart (across the street in case you forget anything!). There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Furnished with everything you need. The balcony is where we spent a ton of our time when not at the pool and beach. The bar height chairs and table are GENIUS! Finally, a location that you don't have to peer through railings. Location is easy walking distance to restaurants and some shops or a very convenient short drive. Will keep this one saved for future escapes from dreary MI winters! ##### Steve B. This condo is breathtaking!! Has everything you need and is extremely clean with well appointed furnishings. Kim's Condo was extremely easy to work with and allowed me to check in early. I really enjoyed the safe & secure feel. The property is private, gated entrance, secure parking. The living room sliding door wouldn't open but we didn't notify owner during stay because there were just 2 of us & we used the bedroom sliding door. The pool was incredible. It had waterfalls & was really nice. The entire property was clean & maintained. ##### Michael T.
