Positioned on the 30th floor, the condo offers unparalleled views, renowned as the finest in the Florida Panhandle. Enjoy complimentary Beach Chairs with Rentals from March to October. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this expansive 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a separate Bunk Nook for added comfort. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. This is a 570-unit, 30-story, luxurious condominium residence that offers the perfect balance between being close to everything but far enough away so that you don’t spend your time stuck in traffic. Upon entering, the Master suite on the left features a flat-screen TV, a plush King-size bed, and an attached private bathroom. Across the hallway, the Bunk Nook provides a perfect space for children with 2 twin bunks, and a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The living room area is adorned with a leather sleeper sofa, featuring a queen mattress with memory foam for added comfort. During the season, March through October, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are included with your reservation. Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed. No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense. Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits. About the Community/Property: Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a prime location just 15 minutes from ECP Airport. Tidewater’s onsite amenities include two outdoor pools (not heated) overlooking the Gulf, one heated indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. Guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, featuring more than 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions — including The Grand IMAX Theater and Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. Frank Brown Park, just a short drive away, offers more than 200 acres of sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails. Other details to note: Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax. All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project. Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip.
