The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was in a great location to Pier Park and other local spots. This complex has 2 large outside pools that were great and an inside pool. The biggest downside was the elevators. It was a constant game of trying to find an elevator that wasn’t packed. On our first day it was a mad house trying to get carts and luggage up to the room. The condo itself was spacious but could use some updating. The ice maker did not work, the toilet in master was loose so my husband fixed it. Only 1 hand towel given for each bathroom was a bit disappointing. The food at the restaurant was good tho! The washing machine was super loud! ##### Tammy W. I think the price is on the high side when they don’t provide simple things like trash bags, dish soap, or laundry soap. Or more than one roll of toilet paper. Yes they did say you have to provide these things for yourself in advance. But for the price of room and resort fees I think they could have provided those. ##### Elijah f. The unit was large and comfortable. The unit was actually being cleaned while we waited at 3pm and was finished shortly after 4\. I’m pretty sure the floors were not mopped prior to us entering but other than that I would rent this unit again. Tidewater had problems with the arm-bands so we had to either memorize or carry around 3 separate codes to enter floors, room and garage. ##### Cheryl W. I seen people say you need to bring your own linen and towels but it does have some. We packed our car down with them when it wasn’t necessary. The only thing that wasn’t there is knives. I did leave one so maybe it helps the next person. The view is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly. We absolutely loved our stay there and will be booking again! The handle in the master bathroom needs replacing due to it sticking and causing the water to run unless you push it down. That was the only issue we found. As others have said the elevators are slow due to having so many floors and people using them but the place is still worth the slight inconvenience.
