Some of the Emerald Coast's best white sandy beaches as far as you can see. This is a 1 bedroom 2 full bath spacious unit with hall bunks and a sleeper sofa. This unit boast a full kitchen and in unit washer/dryer. This condo offers lots of amenities to include the following: 2 huge Lagoon pools with 1 indoor heated pool, multiple hot tubs inside and poolside, movie theater and media center with stadium type seating, arcade and fitness center. Onsite dining at Waves Bar and Grill and poolside Tiki bar. You can grab a cup of Starbucks coffee at Flip Flops convenience Store located on property. Also, his and her steam room and sauna and dressing area with showers. You are just a short walk to Pier Park for shopping and some great restaurants. Pay for use beach service when available and jet ski rentals nearby. Perfectly located with plenty to do. \*\*There is a separate registration fee from the resort that you must register for online prior to arrival at tidewater.com/hoa. The fee covers parking passes and wristbands. The early registration fee is $35 plus tax/credit card fee. There’s an extra $10 fee for registration on day of arrival.\*\* \*\*Please come and enjoy yourselves at this wonderful venue. In an effort to make sure all future guests are able to enjoy themselves there are to be ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in any part of the unit INCLUDING THE BALCONY.
