The Great Room offers views of the outdoor living space, pool, and hot tub. The Great Room boasts a 65” TV, games for the family, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and access to the grilling area which features a built-in 32” Bull Grill. Also located on level 1 is a half bathroom. LEVEL 2 All bedrooms are located on the second level. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and a big, fully-stocked kitchen. The living area is comfortable and was perfect for all 14 of us to sit and hang out. AND the location is perfect…located on a quiet street, one block from the beach entrance and a great fishing pier. We are already planning to return next year! Our stay was worth every penny. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for quick trips back and forth. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool and hot tub were great additions (as well as the outdoor shower) and the management team was very responsive and helpful when we ran into a few issues early on. They helped resolve some AC problems and got the hot tub heating back on track after a few visits. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, and pans — just make sure to bring your own seasonings!A few things to note: the pool flooring is very rough, so be cautious if you have kids or sensitive feet. We had ongoing AC issues the first few days, but they were eventually fixed once the door sensors (which controlled the system) were turned off. The fridge, freezer, and beer fridge never really got as cold as we hoped, and the ice maker barely produced anything. Also, the pool and hot tub lights would shut off whenever we turned on the heater, which was a bit frustrating in the evenings.
