Two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed suitable for the children in the group, offer lovely sleeping options. A sofa bed in the main living area provides additional sleeping space. This condo's location is simply unbeatable! You'll be right on the beach, so don't forget to pack your sunscreen, swimsuits, and flip-flops. Front Beach Road offers a wide variety of convenience stores and dining options, while Goofy Golf, just a short walk away, is the ultimate 'old school' mini-golf attraction for the whole family. And just four miles away, experience Pier Park, one of the area's most popular shopping centers, with more than 120 stores and great restaurants. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 2 above the parking garage. Floors were dirty. Could not use the oven because it had something all in it (looked like cleaner that was not wiped out). Ceiling fans were covered with dust. Sofa was stained and smelled bad.
