Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with a private beach This fully equipped townhome, steps away from the beach, is located close to all the attractions but still in a quiet area with no high rises and very little traffic. Enjoy expansive views of the beach and emerald waters while catching the sunrises and spectacular sunsets from your private beach. Location, location, location! The master bedroom is also equipped with a 43” flat screen smart TV. The master has also private access to a balcony. ✓ The second bedroom has a queen size bed; it is also equipped with a 32” flat screen smart TV and access to its own bathroom. ✓ There is also an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a 55” flat screen smart TV. ✓ This townhouse offers a fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, a parking spot, and a BBQ grill. The calendar for the next few months has been filling in quite fast. Be sure to send me a message to guarantee a reservation. 2 parking spots on the property. Please, keep doors closed if A/C is ON. We do not provide beach towels and do not want bath towels taken to the beach. Please bring your own. As a guest, you have access to the entire house and all amenities provided in this home. Living, dining, sleeping, bathroom, backyard, laundry, Wi-Fi, etc. Upon arrival, rest easy with the convenient keyless door code for access. TVs in the house, all Smart HDTV, streaming Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube TV available for use with your personal logins! NO smoking inside or out. It's across the street from the beach but it's an easy cross of a not-very-busy road to get to the walkway that takes you to the beach. The layout of the townhouse is excellent for a beach stay. The downstairs has a combined living/dining area with an opening to the kitchen, as well as a half bath. The two bedrooms are upstairs and each has it's own full bathroom. There are plenty of beach toys and chairs so you really don't need to bring anything. If you accept nothing less than luxury then this probably isn't the place for you, but if you want a nice and clean place to stay for a beach vacation then I don't think you'll be disappointed. ##### Jeff W.
