Spread out and relax inside, or sit outside on your private, furnished balcony and breathe in the fresh, salty air. Prepare meals and quick beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen, and then experience all the on-site amenities including shared, heated swimming pool, fitness room, and convenient beach access. In addition to being located right on the beach, the Shipwreck Island Waterpark is located right across the street from the complex, offering fun times for visitors of all ages. Check out a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf. There are also several dining options available. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 12 above the parking garage. Awesome view from the balcony. Close to everything. Had everything we needed with a few exceptions.The walk to the beach was very close .The only thing was the furniture in the living room was not comfortable at all and needs a good cleaning. I would also suggest leaving guest more toilet paper and trash bags. These are things a guest shouldn't have to worry about when visiting. Also a broom would be nice . The easy beach access was made miserable by a 12 story hike up and down the stairs since 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. Waiting for an elevator for 15-45 minutes each time made the experience less than stellar. Seriously consider if you want to wait at the elevators or not. This condo was beautiful and the private beach was great but those blasted elevators taint the property. ##### Clint M.
