Just a few miles outside the main hub of Panama City Beach, this resort offers a quiet getaway, while still having the convenience of an easy drive to many fun attractions, eateries, and shopping. With an upscale vibe and an open floor plan, this condo comfortably sleeps four between the master bedroom's king-size bed and the living room sofabed. Let the sights and sound of the Gulf come to you through the open balcony doors as you relax in the living room watching a movie (a DVD player is included) or show on the flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is not available in the home, but you can find it in the office/pool area. Take a seat at the dining room table or the countertop barstools for a quick snack, full meal, or a fun game of cards in between catching waves. Save some cash and enjoy tasty home-cooked meals here using the well-equipped kitchen complete with all the major appliances, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker! The full bathroom is great for washing off the salt from the day's Gulf fun before cozying up for a wonderful evening with your loved ones. And no matter how long your stay, know that you'll always have dry clothes with the shared washer and dryer. When you need a break from the excitement of the beach and on-site resort attractions, visit Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum, located less than a mile down the road, for a quirky activity before heading off to a delicious meal at Angelo's Steakhouse. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. On top of that you have to pay an extra 6 per person for a completely useless wristband. Most of the gates with code locks were broken. Although this was a beach front condo there was no private beach access. I would've thought after having to pay for wristbands that there would be a private beach with someone patrolling it but that was not the case. Didn't see these hidden costs at first and had to go back and read the fine print at the bottom of the listing. Condo was good enough I guess. Little outdated and beat up. Feb 7, 2024 #### Hot The condo was really cute but it could use some more furniture to sit on. The AC was not working correctly and the local fix it guy came out and was unable to fix it due to parts being ordered so Vacasa gave us the option of moving to another condo or stay where we were and receive a partial refund. Way to go Vacasa we will use Vacasa again and will recommend to family and friends ##### Rita B. After 12 phone calls and three text conversations with Vacasa, they finally brought me an air mattress two and a half days into our stay. Dec 25, 2022 #### Cleanliness Loved the location and convenience of the condo. There were a few minor issues though. The tub was not draining the water, it filled up within seconds of having it on. Bedroom furniture had lots of dust. Pull-out bed very flimsy. Behind couch was a small wiring hole that was left uncovered, which is tripping hazard. Mar 3, 2020 Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy #### Construction nightmare! Once you can find, and get into, the property it’s not bad. The address on everything is wrong, so that was fun. The unit itself isn’t bad. The reason for booking this property however were the views and the walkout patio. It is completely under construction, you can’t even see outside! There is some kind of electronic scaffolding all around you, and garbage everywhere! I understand things need repair, but travelers need to be told! If we hadn’t been contacted about the building having no water we would have been stuck here for our entire vacation! ##### Anna K.
