Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $60/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Escape to paradise and relax on the sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with our oceanfront condo rental. Our twelfth-floor unit boasts panoramic views of the emerald blue waters and famous amber sunsets, with a private balcony perfect for dolphin-watching. Recently updated and redecorated with new furniture, flooring, paint, and decor, our unit also includes a small desk for working remotely while enjoying a beachside vacation.

Experience the ultimate in relaxation with our complimentary beach chair service, available seasonally from March through October. Our beach attendants will set up and take down your two padded loungers and large umbrella, leaving you to simply come and relax.

Our condo features include a living area with Gulf views and a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a bedroom with a king bed, bunk beds in the hallway, and free wifi with Roku. Sleeps 5.

The Summit, our centrally located resort on Thomas Drive, offers a variety of amenities for the whole family. Enjoy the two main pools (one heated during winter), sundeck with lounge chairs, two children's pools, hot tubs, sauna steam rooms, fitness center, and more. The resort also offers a seasonal sundry shop, Bikini Bob's restaurant, a Tiki bar, charcoal grills, and on-site security.

Located near shops, restaurants, golf courses, and the popular Pier Park, and just a short drive from St. Andrews State Park where you can catch a shuttle boat to Shell Island or enjoy hiking, fishing, and more. Parking is available on-site, with a registration fee upon arrival for parking passes and armbands. One vehicle max per unit during peak season. This condo was perfect for our family. It is an older condo but it was clean, updated, & fully equipped. Usually we don’t care about the condo since we spend most of our time outside on the beach and that’s where this place was awesome! The pools were great with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach access was easy and even had a “take one, leave one” toy bin as well as an air pump for inflatables. We will gladly stay here again.

We had a great time! The Summit is a nice, family friendly place. We will definitely be returning. Our condo was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was the dryer. It took hours to dry items after washing. But there is on site laundry available. Overall was a wonderful experience!

Winter get away

Room was perfect. Lovely view from our balcony. Beds comfy and kitchen well stocked. Loved that there were multiple games provided. Loved the heated pool, and two hot tubs! Very nice property and staff very attentive and hard working. Shuffleboard was fun. Only complaints were strip club almost across the street with huge pictures of scantily clad women. No problem with people having any business they choose, just prefer it's not right by where I'm staying but while we were there it wasn't a problem. Would have liked that the two three drink/food/store options inside the courtyard were open while we were there, but understandable that they open for spring when more people are there. Would definitely go back.

Despite the freak snow storm and generally cool weather, loved my stay. Only downside was I wish I would have known the Beach Bar and Snack Shop were closed. I eould have liked to have had an evening cocktail at Summit rather than drive somewhere.

Avoid this place !

Pros- location is good, access to beach is good, bed in master bedroom very comfy, furnishings what you would expect in a rental Cons- this list is longer- 1. Check in was slow- my email states I would pay $20 at the property but was act charged $27. Clerk was rude. 2. Elevators extremely slow Very HOT,. 3. First night went to shower- the water would not drain- my daughter pulled the largest and grossest clump of hair from the drain- took picture but unable to upload it here. 4. Remotes in living room would not work- took3 days for someone to come fix. 5. Parking- horrible- we have a disabled permit but all spot were always taken and very few of the cars had permits. 6. The smell of marijuana was strong every night- to the point we could not enjoy sitting on the balcony- 7. Came in one night to no water- called and was told there had been a leak and they had shut off water to entire building- no way for us to shower or flush stool for HOURS We have been coming to PCB for years and never stayed in such a bad place- avoid this place at all costs.

Workers are constantly cleaning up the grounds around the complex. The view was amazing. Condo had everything we needed for the week. Chair service was great (those guys work their tails off), location was central and all around a nice place. We will be back

The summit

This was our Second year staying at the summit I would recommend this place to anyone heading to Panama City beach my only complaint was with the pools being shut down early and the indoor hot tub was under construction which has nothing to do with the room we stayed in.
