The gates for the pool area will be locked down and unaccessible to guests through the end of January. This condo is welcoming from the very first step inside, from the private bedroom balcony to the bar-style kitchen. Enjoy access to resort amenities, such as shared pools, tennis courts, and bicycle rentals. Decompress after a long day at the beach or comfortably lounging. Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants less than one mile from the condo. To the west, you are just three miles from stepping into luxury at Rosemary Beach. If you feel adventurous, take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards, less than half a mile away. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. The kitchenette does not have an oven. Smoking is not permitted. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. BUT it was perfect for us and our pets. For the value, it was just fine.. we spent time out doing things, so what was in the condo and decor didn't really concern us. Didn’t realize I would go straight to unit. No directions on where to go. We went in the evening so it was kind of strange going to a unit and not knowing if it was correct one or not. The location was perfect for us. The unit itself was in desperate need of new furnishings and painting. The baseboards looked filthy. There were scuffs on the walls. All wooden furniture was scuffed and a knob was missing on dresser. Mold was under soap holder in shower unit. Couch was dated and stained. I wouldn’t sit on it. Pillow on bed smelled like urine. Thankfully there was extra in closet to use. Restaurants weren’t open for the season until day before we left and the advertisement didn’t mention that. We were really excited about our stay at Carillon beach inn until we got into the room. There were stains on the couch, the leg on entertainment center was broke and only holding on by the wall, the lamp in the bedroom had mold or rust all over it, the ceiling fan hasn’t been cleaned in months it looked like, and the bathroom tops it all off, there was mold and mildew all over the bathtub, shower head, and shower curtain, as well as the ceiling. Looks great by the listing pictures but once inside the unit you can tell the rooms been used a lot and needs some work. But overall great location to beach access and pools.
