Location from Pier park was perfect. The 6th floor is ideal for views and elevator wait time. Just a few short steps from the beach. The only thing that was unexpected was beach lounge chairs. We had a family of four and only two chairs are provided. Not complaining. We were very grateful for the two that are included in the stay. But the cost was 50 a day per lounge chair. That was the only thing that was unexpected. Only gripe was that the guest toilet was very slow to flush and had to be fixed (my hubby) at least 3 times. The guest shower door was very hard to open and shut. Other than that, mostly cosmetic. This unit and the general property is in need of some serious general maintenance such as painting, recaulking, etc. compared to other properties we’ve stayed at. This unit in particular had so many scuffs or even holes of the dry wall and base boards. Also, this property needs more elevator options or to upgrade the current ones for efficiency. ##### Kim A.
