DETAILS: Guests will love the relaxed, Americana feel of the Heaven on 7 Main House and Carriage House and its location south of 30A in Rosemary Beach. The 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Main House sleeps 13, and the Carriage House sleeps 4. An enclosed courtyard provides quick access to an elevated boardwalk that leads directly to the beach.  
  
At the Main House, a covered porch with a swing bed and cozy Adirondack chairs greet guests to the home. Inside is open concept living, dining, and kitchen space filled with natural light. Premium appliances and an expansive kitchen island that seats 4 overlooks built-in cabinetry with a flat-screen TV and cozy sofas and chairs. A dining table seats 8 and enjoys views of a second covered porch with rocking chairs and an outdoor shower. A guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo is past the kitchen.  
  
On the second floor, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a small writing desk provides guests with another space to gather and relax in. A primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with shower, and a personal balcony with wooded views. A bright and cheery guest bedroom has 2 full beds and a private bathroom with shower. A bunk bedroom gives guests the choice of a twin-over-full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A second balcony offers guests views of the courtyard from a wrap-around outdoor couch.  
  
On the other side of the courtyard is the Heaven on 7 Carriage House. High ceilings add a sense of drama to this cozy beach cottage. A queen bed hides built-in storage and is flanked by a queen sleeper sofa. Nautical touches like an SS Minnow float and oars add a bit of whimsy to the red, white, and blue interior. A large kitchen with premium appliances provides plenty of space for preparing fresh-caught seafood. Toast sunset or greet the day on the outdoor patio.  
  
Guests will enjoy biking to 4 neighborhood pools, a fitness center, and a racquet club on 6 included adult bikes. Restaurants and shopping are all within easy walking or biking distance. Book the Heaven on 7 Main and Carriage House today.
